High temperature resistant mesh belt for quenching furnace dryer

Heat treatment mesh belt: The mesh belt of the quenching furnace is made of SUS314 or SUS310S imported from Nippon Steel Company of Japan， with a temperature resistance of more than 1200 degrees and oxidation resistance. The mesh belt weaving adopts a herringbone encryption structure with high tensile strength. In order to prevent parts from leaking， the edge is folded or baffled. The mesh belt will pass the workpiece through the temperature-controlled heating area， and then fall into the quenching oil tank， and it will be automatically taken out by the mesh belt elevator. It is suitable for small and medium-sized mechanical parts in batches， such as standard parts， bearings， transmission chains， self-tapping screws， textile hardware， hand tools， springs， elastic pads， auto parts， etc.   

Tempering furnace mesh belt: the temperature is lower than that of quenching furnace， it is made of SUS304 material， and the temperature resistance is above 600 degrees. It is woven with high-strength stainless steel wire. The herringbone encryption structure has high tensile strength and long service life. The mesh belt passes through the temperature-controlled heating area， so that the workpiece can be tempered.
